Non-Event:
$20 handling fee for cancellation over 48 hours before arrival or check-in date (whichever comes first). No refund for cancellation within 48 hours of arrival. No Refund after check in.
Long Term (1 month or more):
$200 within 1 month of arrival
$150 within 1 to 2 months of arrival
$100 within 2 to 3 months of arrival
$50 within 3 to 4 months of arrival
$25 within 4 to 6 months of arrival
$20 over 6 months of arrival
Must arrive within 7 days of reservation or deposit lost and reservation canceled
Must deposit first month's rent 1 month in advance, non refundable, applied towards rent when checked in.
Bike Week:
$40 fee for cancellation 2 months or more before event.
$50 fee for cancellation between 1 and 2 months before event.
$100 fee for cancellation withing 1 month before event.

$20 handling fee for cancellation
